Servant Leaders
Apostle Vincent Price & Prophet Pabler L. Price
For more than forty years, Apostle Vincent and Prophet Pabler Price have dedicated their lives to serving God, strengthening families, developing leaders, and helping individuals discover hope, purpose, and transformation.
Their ministry has included recovery outreach, homeless services, food distribution, leadership development, workforce training, community transformation initiatives, and family support throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
Their leadership philosophy is simple:
"Leadership is not about position. Leadership is about service."
Through faith, compassion, and practical action, they strive to help people move from crisis to stability, from recovery to purpose, and from purpose to legacy.
Our Vision
To inspire and equip individuals, families, and communities to discover God's purpose, walk in freedom, develop leadership, and create lasting generational impact.
Our Mission
To serve with integrity, compassion, and excellence while helping people experience recovery, restoration, leadership development, and community transformation.
" For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many."
Mark 10:45

Mission
COVID-19 COMMUNITY RESPONSE & FOOD DISTRIBUTION OUTREACH
Faith in Action. Hope in Motion.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Love Outreach Family Worship Church (LOFWC) and Love Outreach Community Social Service (LOCSS) joined together to serve families throughout Bogalusa and surrounding communities during one of the most challenging periods in recent history.
As uncertainty, unemployment, and food insecurity impacted countless households, our mission remained clear: to demonstrate God's love through compassionate service and practical support.
Through partnerships with community organizations, Walmart associates, volunteers, churches, and local supporters, our Highway 21 facility became a center of hope and community assistance. Weekly food distributions, outdoor worship services, prayer, encouragement, and emergency support efforts helped provide relief to thousands of individuals and families.
Even when traditional church services were disrupted, ministry continued beyond the walls of the church. Outdoor worship gatherings were conducted alongside large-scale food distribution efforts, allowing families to receive both spiritual encouragement and practical assistance.
Our Mission
To serve our community with faith, compassion, and dignity by providing food, encouragement, prayer, and support during times of crisis while demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ through action.
Together, LOFWC and LOCSS remain committed to restoring hope, strengthening families, and building stronger communities through service, partnership, and outreach.
"Faith in Action. Compassion with Purpose. Hope for Every Family."
